Chest numbness after a training exercise?

My chest felt numb and tight after two different machines chest 3 sets of 12 with about 65% of the maximum value. I havent worked in about two months in the chest and I'm seeing a Chiro for my upper back where I sometimes feel pain chest. This can cause numbness (never had before)? Is it just for training or something else? Thank you.

Seems more in progress as something to do with how the kernel (an example). I know you are going to see a chiropractor, but I recommend you consult your doctor regularly and have to assess the situation.
