What is a good home or yoga videos training videos for someone with back problems?

Am I evil back when I'm moderate stressed or tense. Yoga helps in general, but classes are so expensive. What is a good tape to take home? I really need to lose weight, and I want to be able to do home. a short but effective video would be great.

There are many DVDs out there specifically at the rear. My experience is that it must be very, very careful in its approach to the practice of yoga for back pain. It can be extremely useful, but when pushed too far, too soon, can aggravate the back. I think the best out there (I have not seen everything, but you can do a search on Amazon for "yoga DVD to get an exhaustive list) are likely to be set Viniyoga Therapy: Viniyoga Therapy for the lumbar spine, sacrum and hips and Viniyoga Therapy for the upper back, neck and shoulders. They have not been for a long time, but the exercises used Gary Kraftsow in these films have been used in studies on back care and was released as the winner. You say that stress and strain causes back pain, probably also contributes to their weight problems. Back elbow and muscle pain?

Yesterday, I try to do some yoga, I tried to lean back on the Exercise of the bridge and I think pushed me back so strong and now I'm feeling pain in the chest and back muscles when I'm going through can be dangerous, especially when there is pain chest or may be a simple muscle pain.

This is most likely that the muscle pain immediately after increase of the muscles and ligaments. You can apply ice to the area for about 20 minutes per hour to reduce pain and inflammation are present. You can also try these movements to see if they leave their problem. Sit in a chair with both feet on the floor and hips square to the chair. Raise your left arm over his head as high and as hard as you can. Note the end and feel motion, then return the arm on the side. Now do the same with his right arm. You'll notice that the arm rose higher and considered easier to move, begin with the first arm. Raise your arm above the disk and the head as possible for 30 seconds, then stays for 15 seconds. Repeat this procedure two times in the arm, and then do the same three rings with the opposite arm. Rotate the body to the left until they can go and write the final point of movement and sensation. Now turn right and note the end point and the sensation of movement. A direction to go further, then start in the first direction. Turn in the rest hard and far as possible in this direction for 30 seconds, and then for 15 seconds. Repeat this twice more in that direction. Now do the same 3 cycles in the opposite direction. At the end up and move. It should not be less pain and mobility. These movements at least twice a day.

Upper Back Pain Early Pregnancy

very early pregnancy symptoms?? help, please!?

well, I’m having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but I’m feeling like its just not possible. About 3 weeks ago, I was on my period and me and my boyfriend had sex and with a condom. And around about 5 days ago we had sex without one. I’m due for my period usually around the 11th. my symptoms are fatigue, nausea, achy legs and back, and a short mild pain in my upper and lower stomach every now and then. I feel like I haven’t eaten when I really have. do you think its possible that I might be pregnant? Thank you, soooo much everyone!

I know you’re really anxious, and maybe scared. I was! Some of the symptoms you have, I had later in my pregnancy, but never so early. What gave the pregnancy away for me was my BREASTS! They were SO sore and tender to the touch, it was unbelievable. It hurt to take a shower, wear a bra, anything! I was fatigued and had menstrual type cramps, so I wasn’t sure what to think. I did have the short little pains here and there too, but I didn’t have any back or leg pain until much later. I took a home pregnancy test the first day I missed my period, and it was positive. Shocking then, but I’m so glad now. Are your breasts tender? Almost every friend of mine who has been pregnant had the same thing! Extremely tender nipples/breasts.

Anything is possible, but judging by unprotected sex just 5 days ago? It would be VERY early for you to have all these symptoms. I’m clearly not a physician, but my mom has a master’s degree in nursing and I asked her some of these questions myself when I was going through this. I don’t think the sex with a condom while you were on your period could be considered a real risk, but again, anything is possible,

SO:

Take good care of yourself and wait for your period to either show up or NOT show up. Of course, don’t smoke or be around heavy smokers, avoid alcohol, and don’t take any drugs, not even prescription medications until you’ve talked to your doctor. My ob/gyn said not to take Advil
for pain, but that it was fine to take Tylenol.

If you don’t have your next period, obviously take a pregnancy test, and maybe then head to your ob/gyn, depending on the result!

17 and the lower back is much pain?

Therefore, my lower back is in much much pain at this time. it hurts when I sit and when I am and I get up in the morning. MI 17 and I had injured some of my back muscles last year and never took a break from the sport for them medical care, but I tried to rest now and not work. If this helps, I sleep on my stomach, I leaned forward when I'm sitting in school, but my back is straight, his bow and sometimes when I drive, I do not lean over the front seat, but I'm sitting on my back is straight. I have 19 and have fewer back problems myself. The best solution would go to physical therapy. They will help with back pain at home, but first make an appointment with a doctor, get x-rays and see what the problem. For now, if you want, sometimes I put a hot patch of ice in the (very cold when put in place and may have a strong smell of medicine) and that helps a little.

One potential source of back pain is skeletal muscle of the back. Back pain (also known “dorsalgia”) is pain felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. The spine is a complex interconnecting network of nerves, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, and all are capable of producing pain. Back pain is one of humanity’s most frequent complaints. Cold compression therapy is advocated for a strained back or chronic back pain and is postulated to slow down pain and inflammation, especially after strenuous activity such as golf, gardening, or lifting.

Back pain that occurs after a trauma, such as a car accident or fall may indicate a bone fracture or other injury. Back pain in individuals with medical conditions that put them at high risk for a spinal fracture, such as osteoporosis or multiple myeloma, also warrants prompt medical attention. Most back pain syndromes are due to inflammation, especially in the acute phase, which typically lasts for two weeks to three months.

No significant increased risk of back pain with pregnancy has been found with respect to maternal weight gain, exercise, work satisfaction, or pregnancy outcome factors such as birth weight, birth length, and Apgar scores. Back pain in pregnancy may be severe enough to cause significant pain and disability and pre-dispose patients to back pain in a following pregnancy. Biomechanical factors of pregnancy that are shown to be associated with low back pain of pregnancy include abdominal sagittal and transverse diameter and the depth of lumbar lordosis.

Organized exercise programs using these therapies have been developed. Inversion therapy is useful for temporary back relief due to the traction method or spreading of the back vertebres through (in this case) gravity. This benefits the sufferer by reducing the likelihood of further injury, which in turn lessens pain.

The vast majority of basic yoga exercises actually help to strengthen both the back and the abdominal muscles, as a result of which these will assist in reducing the occurrence of back pain. However, if you are already suffering from back pain it is advisable to take care and only do exercises you are able to complete comfortably, limiting the range of movement until you can release some of the tension and stiffness without causing any further inflammation.

Hip pain in my lower back 30 weeks of pregnancy?

I am pregnant with my second child 30 weeks into my pregnancy, I can hardly walk, sit or standing and lying on the left side is the relief, but turning to my right, is blocked and unbearable pain I've tried yoga stretches have tried hot baths showers, and then feels better, but after the pain goes on movement suggestions

My wife brought our twins to term and that they were monsters … both 7 lbs. She was put on bed rest during the last month of her pregnancy and soon completed within and outside the bed was really out of question. When we were in our Weekly check fetal heart monitor, a technician suggested having a chair as they did in their office. She called it a sofa in weightlessness. What to do about lumbago (back pain)? I’m in great pain help!?

This is terrible. I get this acute pain on my lower back evenry now and then for almost a week. It is ok when I lie down, I feel nothing. But whenever I sit and intend to move my back, a terrible pain visits me. I almost faint from the pain. I cannot stay seated though I can walk ok.
The thing is, I cannot go to the doctor cos in this country I am studying in none speaks English (I study in a special English course)

What can I do to ease the pain before going back to my country for check ups?
I am dying of pain and I have exams, what shall I do?

PS= I tryed rubbing the area, and also placing a heater next to it. But nothing seems to work.
What is your opinion?

Is lower back pain a symptom of early pregnancy?

The first day of my last period was Oct. 19th. I ovulated somewhere between the 2nd and 6th. I am still confused on which day I exactly ovulated. I had increased CM the 2nd-5th and had “o” pains on my right side on the 6th. I had intercourse throughout this time and on the 30th and 1st as well. My period ranges anywhere from a 28-30 day cyle. I expect it sometime within the next 4 days. On Monday the 12th, I had a little bit of abdominal cramping and I thought for sure AF would show up the next day. But no period. The cramping only lasted a few hours. Today I have been experiencing lower back pain. It is like a lower back crampy feeling. I also have had 3 headaches in the last 2 days and never get headaches. I can’t really tell if my urination has increased because I have recently increased my water intake. Alot of info, I know. Any thoughts? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Those are definitely strong signs of early pregnancy! I say wait until the day you are supposed to start and take a test. Also, feel gently right above your pelvic region, if it feels hard or you feel a hard bump, right in the middle, you’re pregnant!
