I have lower back pain for the last two yrs. Just today I learned of EFT from a new physio I attended. My pain on a scale of 1-10 was around 6. I started the technique this evening and after fifteen mins my pain level is at 1.

About two months ago I started having back spasms during this very painful time I have depression and anxiety. After the spasms, which had everything imaginable pain in the lower back, middle, between the shoulders and neck until he gave me a week of severe headaches. Suspect which delays the pain, because now your tailbone hurts and I'm constipated. I went to the doctor and physical therapy for pain. The doctor told me I had a back injury and acute PT MOTRIN recover. The PT has contributed to back pain, but I can not remember the last day, I had no pain. I'm confused and tired of it. I am concerned of the disease, but not the disease of just causes the pain again w / o any other symptoms. I do not know what to do please help.
