I am having pain on left side of my left knee. What may be the reason and how will it heal? I am 26 yrs. old.?
I joined gym 2 months back. For the past few days I feel pain on left side of my left knee when i get up and walk after sitting for a few minutes or long. I feel strain on the left side of the knee. I have been putting hot fomentation with salted water. After that i feel a bit relieved. But again after a few hours the pains reappears when i get up after sitting and walk. I dont feel any pain while exercising. Are there any exercises that i shud avoid? I have also stopped jogging since then. For a little over 24hrs, time being now 5:02pm on 2/13 and the pain starting yesterday at around 8am, my chest, upper back, and rib have been hurting: Left side to be precise, which is why I worry.
I do not have any other symptoms of a heart attack. I’m 17 years old. My medical history consists of very mild allergies. I don’t have tuberculousis(excuse my spelling) since I was recently tested for it.
The pain increases when I breathe, laugh(curse me for being a happy person), and cough(but I’ve only coughed twice).
It starts from the middle of my left shoulder blade and spreads to my mid left pectoral.
The pain tends to subside, almost disappear, then come back, sometimes very strongly.
Any idea as to what it could be?
