How to get rid of an old injury that I was shooting for the last year?
I was asked to be more specific .. I have this injury a year ago, while playing football .. is in the hip and thigh .. but I think the game was because hamstring that kept playing in pain for a while .. So, anyway .. the muscle of the hip and not quite sure … But even if I rested for three months in a row back after a week or activity … At this moment I can not take the luxury of rest and tried to take Motrin for the pain … but only increased the damage to my knee … it is the rest of the week and I feel good when I throw a ball belongs .. annoying .. Well .. I hoped that one has a miracle cure .. Aside from surgery .. since it is im too young to have surgery … Well .. I would appreciate ur words of wisdom.
depends on the injury, exercise can help a lot …. I recommend to consult a doctor about the severity of his injury
