What to do for low back pain?

He had back pain for at least six years and seriously messed up four times. When I messed up everything I can do is put on the back and the rest, Motrin and hope for improvement. My back is weak and I am very serious about my training. My bed does not help unless I sleep on my side curled up so as not to exert pressure on the lower back / lumbar. I tried to sleep with a pillow under your knees but end up sleeping in another position because I do not sleep on my back.

Hello, I understand the back pain. I broke my back. There are things you can do. Let's start with how to strengthen it. There is something called the morning. What it does is spread your legs shoulder length of the other. You must walk, and you look back to arch. You lean your body entirely on top to either a 90 degree angle with your legs. Make sure your back is arched. Then you slowly rise. You come down slowly and little little. It is a simple exercise. You must get to the point where they do it 100 times in the morning or evening. This will strengthen the lower back slightly. This is the problem here. Ok Now let's say you have a sore back. A heating pad is a necessity. cold packs are a necessity. During the day, you have to run hot and cold. The Doctors say that every fifteen minutes, but you know what feels good, and how much time there. Motrin helps, but if you call your doctor, I'm sure you can Tylenol with that. But please look carefully. The two together should give you a relief well. As your going back is better is a good thing, but please note I said gentle stretching. This will stimulate the muscles and you need to heal. I wish you good luck and hope this helps! Low back pain strain?

I'ma housekeeper, so I guess IVE a strained back. I called the doctor, but not could get an appointment, so the phone advised me to take ibuprofen and paracetamol. It is not taking the pain of all, someone has ideas of what could relieve pain, and ways to ease the pain when I try to sleep? The pain started in my lower back, and gone yet, but I feel very stressed and on my shoulders.

Take a break from work painful. It is likely overworked. In fact, I did it earlier this week moving apartments. Take it easy for a few days. My back is much better now

Whats the best way to sleep when you have lower back pain? ?

Threw me back out at the gym the other day.. sore and pain in the lower area…. having trouble sleeping because I usually sleep on my back.
Anyone live/suffer with lower back pain? How do you lay down to sleep?

i know where you are talking about…usually my sciatica…. i lay on my back and use a couple of big pillows under my knees….this pulls the pressure off my lower back while i am laying down

How to prevent low back pain
