Im going to summer school to have much time 8-12:30 FYI your football club to be aggressive im bank or be very competitive, so too does the diet?

Ok, my little finger was not short periods of little pins and needles this week (left leg) And then today, after a walk and do a lot of way to my lower back left (behind the hip) Nature hurts …. He is also a little pain in my theigh and behind the knee …. with a tingling sensation. … and pain …. Is not enough for me not to walk or jog or work, or even stay awake …. I said it could be the sciatic nerve …. Is this possible? What else> more common? How much hard time? Thank you. ps I am 21 / m, in good health, and are not red / blue or heat or swelling … PS I rubbed Ice / Heat in the lower back and think may have actually … helpped any insite would be great. What is the best option for a herniated disc discectomy or fusion?

I have 31 years and have suffered from lower back pain for 5 years. I always thought it was a muscle, but six weeks muscle relaxants and painkillers did not help. What could be the cause of my classes and out of lower back sore?

I have 18 years and I had a really bad back pain for past two years. At first, I pulled my second year back to playing tennis and I was a struggle since then. The pain seems to be on and off, but when it comes, is at full capacity. Sometimes to the point where they can not even walk without pain for many days. The pain is all in my lower back, but tends to be worse on the right side. It spasm and it hurts a lot when taking ibuprofen or Using Biofreeze does not seem to help more. Used to help, but the pain seems worse. I took a break from a year of my tennis last year, but now resumed. However, I realize that the pain worsened and he is at the point where he can not even use. I looked at the symptoms, but there is so much back pain can be. I wondered if this could be a herniated disc? Please help me. Is it going to see a doctor?

My condolences to you. I herniated a disc in the lumbar section of the back for 30 years and I know how you feel. Sometimes I go up to one year without pain and then …. bam …. and I inclined 45 degrees for 4 to 5 days. It is necessary to consult a doctor. It could be a herniated disc or maybe not. You need to see a doctor. Many things can cause constant low back pain, and just hoping it will get better won’t help. You need an MRI to evaluate for congenital narrowing of the nerve openings, or disc injury which may be putting pressure on the nerves.

I recently posted a question regarding my daughter’s problem with her back pain (lower back) and also severe pain around the groin and hip area…to the point where sitting is almost unbearable…. hi i suppose it wouldn’t hurt to try a chiropractor.it would probably take 6-8 visits before any results.but if they can relieve any pain for any length of time it’s a help.it’s kind of like the old saying 6 of one half or half dozen of the other.it depends if this is congenital from birth or an injury-/the steroid injections can help.the steroids are not drugs per say they are taken from the adrenal glands,so found naturally in the body.the injections are painful at the site for a couple of days.but either way both of these methods are for relief not a cure.i might want to wait until all testing is done then see what the doctors recommend.

I believe that they are all interconnected. I have been studying the muscles and tendons, the overlooked parts of the body. All our pain comes from pinched nerves or muscles, yet we have all kinds of relievers for them. When tendons are shortened, I use the turtle head as an analogy, that they can go in and out, that they pull on everything they are connected to and cause pain that way. Now if you have a shortened tendon from your leg into your back, it’s going to pull your back that way, giving you what they call scoliosis. Let’s do your knees first. These are simple, you can’t mess anything up if done wrong and they can be done over and over if needed without getting an overdose.
Knees. Sitting in a chair, place feet flat on the floor. Wrap your hands around your leg right above the knee. With your finger tips, find the tendons in the back of it, two on the inside and two on the outside, one of them part way up the outside of your leg. Place a finger on each of them and then pull up hard and hold. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale, and don’t tense up any part of your body, including your arms, let your hands and fingers do the work. Wait 45 seconds and then very slowly start to slide your leg out from the chair until it’s fully extended. Then release the pressure and let your leg rest there for one minute.
For your back, and now I’m going to have to say that for some of this I am giving it my best shot, for I don’t know where all the tendons are as of yet, but they do keep to the inside of the body so I am hoping that is the case here.
Lay on your bed and pull your legs up most of the way with your feet resting on the bed. Take your hands and go down to your crotch and feel the tendons running from your body to your legs. It’s press on at least one of them or more if you can and hold firm pressure on it. Relax again. After 30 seconds very slowly let your leg start falling to the outside until it’s fallen all the way open. Release and let it rest one minute. There are several tendons down there so it can take a few minutes, but that isn’t much compared to a lifetime of hell. Sometimes you may even find one that is sore just because it’s had all the pressure on it and that is the main one to release. I hope you find some relief in this. Having lower back and hip pain now a days seems very common. At least four out of five people will have it at some point in their life. Piriformis Syndrome: What Is It?

Piriformis syndrome is an inflammation in the piriformis muscle. This muscle is found very deep within the buttock, and it is the muscle that helps our hips to rotate. If there is tightness in the hamstring, the piriformis can become inflamed and sore, even to the outside back section of the buttock. It can swell and put pressure and inflammation on the sciatic nerve too, causing sciatica. Sitting can also aggravate this situation.

To relieve the lower back and hip pain and swelling, it is wise to use ice (wrapped in a towel for twenty minutes, several times a day). Taking an anti-inflammatory medicine will also help, if you do not mind taking a drug to ease matters. If touch is tolerable, massage the muscle deep into the tissues. Also strengthen and stretch out the hip area, using exercises targeting the hip, lower back and hamstring muscles.
