What is the best way to manage chronic back pain in a quadriplegic w / scoliosis?

My friend was a C7 quad 35 years. He has severe scoliosis and is also an amputee above the knees bent. Your doctor will prescribe hydrocodone and has now decided to send him to Houston TX to a doctor pain, and does not prescribe anything for pain now. The applicant doc can not feel pain because it freezes, but I tried making sure my friend can not see me and then receive back … Feeling the way to your tailbone and not feel pain when you press on the lower back … Suggestions?? I am 20 years old and recently have been considering breast reduction. Right now I am a
38 I and I constantly have back, neck, and shoulder pain. I’ve never had ANY type of surgery and it would be really scary to go through with it. Some of the questions I have are: how do i get started with the insurance (I have Humana PPO)? Is it very Painful? What are the different procedures? Can you breast feed afterwards?
