Is the pain in my back and a fractured vertebra better.I have pain most of the day.?
I had a lot of exploration things.This and lasted more than 12 months and I'm still in pain, even if I take very strong painkillers.Is recipe is something I could do to help.
Yes, the pain back may feel better, it depends on how long ago the difference was. I had a fractured vertebra nine months ago, and although I have provided a stiff back and pain odd when I bend, or trying to lift something heavy, over its almost to normal. ect depends on the weight that age, how fast will make a recovery complete. The old saying time is a healer im big fear, but you can help with pain and I found a good hot water bottle helped a lot! Swimming excersice is also good because its light weight and will help repair. but maybe if its bad it has to do replacement therapy.
