Neck And Back Pain Center

I have the worst headache, the pain is in the center of my head. My neck hurts and I feel nauseous?
My head was killing me for 3 days! The pain is in the middle of my head, just above my breasts are. I tried my nasal spray I think it could just be full of mucus in my sinuses, it does not work, also tried to take a nasal decongestant, it did not work. I'm trying to get claraton d debate, but I'm not sure if it's a sinus headache or just a headache terrible. Your pain in the neck for me and my vision is blurred from time to time and sometimes I have to open and close their eyes. I'm trying to break me that is the cause more upper back wrong. I tried to put a cold towel and a hot towel on my head … I really do not do anything. I tried to take medication for severe migraine that does not really work. I'm not really sure what to do! Please help!
You should see a doctor because I had this for 3 days and tried various medications.
