I suffer from chronic back pain?
hey I'm 18 years old and suffers from chronic back pain. I was ready for the doctor and taking x-rays I and MRI for that. but it is not likely significant. I also think my doctor thinks that because I think it is important I did not write a script or anything like that. Any advice on what to do next. pain is real and dealable at times, but im with my regular job for 7-8 hours at a time and at the end of the night, I kill my self by pain so bad.
You do not mention if you exercise or workout. I suspect that the pain is short muscles and ligaments that have been developed from long hours walk and work, and deconditioning. Your back should move, and the long hours standing right can cause problems. It is necessary to start a program Regular gentle stretching and exercises light to start building your back. Start with just 10 or 15 minutes a day and do some easy stretching during breaks at work. If you stick with it, you start to notice a difference after a week or two.
