Sick of being sick….?

Ive suffered from horrendous migrianes since i was baby.THey have only gotten more intense, and more frequent as i have gotten older. I have seen a coupld neurologists, ive tried EVERY medicine on the planet for prevention, and none of them work. The pain that I have started a few months ago a bit annoying as a deep feeling in my lower right belly, two months now I have pain around the right side of my body, sometimes in the center and left, it feels like a point of bad or extremely bad menstrual pain. About two months ago I started having back spasms during this very painful time I have depression and anxiety. After the spasms, which had everything imaginable pain in the lower back, middle, between the shoulders and neck until he gave me a week of severe headaches. Usually when I wake up in the morning I feel a stabbing pain slightly below my abdomen and my lower back though this goes away after some 30 minutes. I suffer from hyperternsion and am on medicaments. Could this pain be associated with kidney problems or is it a side effect of the HPT drugs?
