Chest numbness after a training exercise?

My chest felt numb and tight after two different machines chest 3 sets of 12 with about 65% of the maximum value. I havent worked in about two months in the chest and I'm seeing a Chiro for my upper back where I sometimes feel pain chest. This can cause numbness (never had before)? What is the best way to treat tendinitis?

I have tendinitis in his elbow. The pain is in the arm. I do not drive loop 3 times a week.
