What can i do about misaligned knee and hip?

Been reading around on google about exercises i can do to help with my misaligned knee and hip.

Go to a chiropractor. A regular MD will just give you pain killers. A chiropractor will push the bones and tendons and nerves around. I had a real bad knot in my neck once and could barely turn my head, and I went to a chiropractor after pain killers prescribed by a dr really did noting but make me woozy. Five minutes after my first treatment at the chiropractor I could turn my head again.

You just described to literally how I felt when I was at work. 9 hours after the start I wanted my baby. I was back on and off contractions for weeks and bathrooms more relaxed. Back pain during pregnancy?

I am 29 weeks pregnant, and just started having back pain a week ago. I had been doing a lot of house cleaning, so I was pretty sure that had a lot to do w/ it. I stretched and all, nothing helped. Then all of a sudden it went away. Now, about 3 days later, it has started back. This time nothing I did could have triggered it. Again I have been stretching and walking, and relaxing. I also tried taking tylenol. Everything I can think of to make it go away. When I saw my doc a week ago, he said it could be b/c of how she is laying. What way would she be laying that would cause my back to hurt so badly? I know it is normal during pregnancy, but is there anything that might help make it better? Did back pain start this early on for you?

If she is already engaged and is sunny side up which means if she were to come out and she was face up, your back would be hurting!!! Your not that far along though. This is just something every woman get’s during pregnancy, sorry but it happens. If you have money you could get a massage by someone who does maternity massages.
