Severe Back Pain After Sleeping

back pain after epidural?
Hi.
I gave birth almost 11 month ago. It was induction, plus epidoral.
Since then, almost 3-4 out of 7 nights a week I have a rather severe back pain. During the day time I am fine. Even when I go to bed, I feel all right, but at about 3-4 am it starts, and changing positions does not help at all. The severity of pain is so that I cannot really lay, not mentioning sleeping. The only thing that helps is to go and sit in a rocking chair which reclines a bit.
I have checked with the doctors. They did not find anything wrong with kidneys (my first suspicion), they even took X-ray which showed everything all right.
I guess I am among those 25% of unlucky women who have this problem after using epidurel.
My question is — is there anything that can help to get rid of this pzin, or at least to ease it out? Please, answer this question if you really had this problem and found the solution.
Thanks in advance.
I didn’t have an epidural, and for your experience and people who suffer like you, I am too paranoid to ever try getting one. but being that noone answered your question yet, I figured I’d try giving this advice
try chiropractic. let them take x-rays to make sure your back is aligned.
good luck .
