Lower Back Pain Headache

Two weeks ago I had a headache who were hurt really bad I was sick to your stomach. I guess as a migraine, I've never had one. I went the doctor and this time it is mainly headache, so he scheduled an MRI and the brain is a little blood. Both came back fine but some days before the MRI of my lower back just above the coccyx, started to hurt really bad. There is also a kind and you feel sick little swelling. I started sleeping on a heating pad and that seems help with pain and headaches. There seems to be very bad when I sit down for long periods of time and allowed where I stand. Has anyone had or know someone with these same symptoms, if so, you know what could happen?
It is possible that you are deficient in magnesium …. Fold if you drink alcohol while giving magnesium eat supplies ……… including ……. Alcohol is also dehydrating terrible ……. adequately hydrate yourself …. at least 8 glasses of filtered water costs …… Daily wicked headache and constipation, dizziness, irritability and mood swings, your eyes ……. puffyness really pockets around your body, excessive yawning, stomach upsets are all the result of dehydration. Magnesium is the mineral known as anti-stress and work in tandem with calcium ……. all the foods mentioned above are also rich in calcium, but ………. Of course, bread, rice and cereals ….
