Your cervical disc problem is causing you symptoms and just will not go away with conservative treatments

Under a general anesthetic, the anterior aspect of the neck is the approach

The disc is exposed and using the operating microscope (Zeiss-Contraves), the curve neuroendoscope, and Holmium 22 digital laser, the abnormal disc is removed.

The exit foramina are enlarged and spurs are removed
