Back Pain Reliever
How I can ease my back pain?
I was a little stressed out and my neck, shoulders and upper (and middle) are again sore. Is there a simple exercise I can do at home to help ease other than taking painkillers and ice? I want a cure home.
You can always try touching toes really hurt. You forget all about back pain and neck! Try to squeeze your shoulder blades and keep the ones of times a second, more along the day. Relax and let dangle a prosthetic arm or other circles and do in both directions. Lie face down on the bed and the arm hanging out of bed one T, increasing as you can with your thumb is parallel to your body. Then with the thumb up the arm to repeat and for the other arm.
