Back Pain Questions
Can anyone answer my question on Back Pain?
I am having sharp tearing feeling in upper back in between shoulder blades and hamstrings, shins and ankles. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what it could be and how to treat it?
Also it happens suddenly when i move. Its not all the time
A pinched nerve for sure

(otherwise say a fit person,) I would go see a chirpractor, or your doctor as it may get worse.
or have it 24/7.
