Back Pain Nerves

What kind of doctor should I see for the sciatic nerve / back pain.?
Chiropractors do not seem to help. This is a back pain low radiating to the hip and the back of the leg. I understand that this is a pinched sciatic nerve, but I do not and will not seek surgery. I have to prove less invasive tactics. I know people who have experienced these symptoms and how they handle it.
I start braking with chiropractors. I see more problems caused by them that the end very badly. If you really have sciatica, you should have diagnosed the cause. This is vital in determining the best treatment. The easiest way diagnose your problem is neuro-imaging (radiology) or by MRI or CT myelography. An MRI is less invasive and painless. A CT myelogram is to put a small needle into the spinal fluid sac surrounding the spinal cord and the injection of contrast media in the liquid, and then take a test. You can see a neurologist, but he / she may not do much for you. An orthopedic surgery can offer, but in my experience with patients who underwent surgery back – Don'T if you have any other choice. He / We can also offer physical therapy, high doses of NSAIDs, and various exercises. A neurosurgeon can also offer the surgery. Depending on the cause of your pain, you may be able to obtain a minimally invasive treatment of an anesthesiologist or radiologist through an injection of steroids or local anesthetics at the site of the cause of your pain. It is often related to the intervertebral discs in the back. Yet once that treatment depends on the cause. A neurologist is a good place to start if you order an MRI of the lumbar spine for you. In short, what really needs first. Find a doctor for you and this is the first step. Even a family medicine physician may prescribe an MRI. Make sure is performed by a certified radiologist board – preferably one who is fellowship trained and has a CAQ in neuroradiology. Do not have a chiropractor, a neurologist, a surgeon or radiologist will interpret your MRI game. This is not an easy thing to do.
