Back Pain At Night
I have severe lower back pain that worsens at night then during the day?
also my arms and legs get this numbing pain that come and goes. Do you know what this could possibly be?
You should consult your doctor about the numbing pain in your extremities.

-Weak lower back muscles
-Carrying too much weight in the front and your back has to compensate for it
