constant menstrual pain, low back pain, diarrhea, nausea and blood clots almost every day? ideas?
for I have PCOS and start to get my period maybe 3 times a year, the last two months I had constant menstrual pain, nausea, pain in lower back sometimes and bad constant diarrhea (Sorry if gross) I've been waiting just go away and my GYN put me on the pill has not helped … but now I'm as blood clots and bleeding when I'm not too … tion should I see another doctor? My gynecologist did not even give me all the evidence I have seen 4 times all the same symptoms ….. Also any idea wat it could be? By the way I am 22yrs old made a series of blood tests my insulin levels were five times normal and that's all im 22 and hes done He told me I had an ultrasound that I had PCOS when I was 16! I was very angry that they have never done anything about it. I make an appointment with him in two weeks my appointment as the sixth I forgot to mention that the last two months, I have blood clots almost every day
Hello Kimmy You may want to start taking vitamin D3. Studies have shown that PCOS and vitamin D may be linked. In addition, the SOP is connected to being overweight and diabetes. Their high insulin suggests that may have to follow a diet low in carbohydrates. If your doctor will test for vitamin D, the test you want is 25 (OH) D or 25-hydroxyvitamin D.
